You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return any items purchased on our website. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

2. Non-returnable Items

3. How to Return an Item

  2. Prepare the Return: Securely pack the product, including the original receipt and any accessories, and attach the return authorization number on the package.

4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. If the exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for sending back the item and processing the exchange. The cost of shipping for the return and new item will be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
